What is Churchianity?
That is a great question. “Churchianity” is an unfortunate side-effect of Christian complacency.
Churchianity is when a church gets too caught up in the politics of being a Denomination (and that can include “non-denominational” churches) that they forget the main reason that Jesus came to this earth. They lose touch with the Holy Spirit and begin to lean too heavily on their own opinions. This causes people who need to hear the Gospel to be shunned because they don’t “look” like a christian. Church becomes more of a social gathering. This “Churchianity” may be one of the leading reasons that Christianity is not growing significantly in the U.S.A. today.
Perhaps you have been kicked off a church parking lot for skating or riding your bike or maybe you have been looked down upon because you don't "look like a christian". These are the actions of Churchianity. They are not Biblical and Jesus would flip the tables on a place like that if He were here.

There is hope for Churchianity!
